Day 7, I'm Thankful for my home

I am thankful that I have a place to call home. I have been in our current home for 5 1/2 years! This has been a long time for me. When I was growing up we moved around every 3 years or so. I swore I wouldn't do that to my kids. We have made several renovations throughout the years which keeps us loving the home. We have many more in the books.
I am thankful we can afford such a wonderful home in a great neighborhood, while others cannot even afford a small apartment for their families.
