Expand your Icing
Here is how you can expand your icing to actually cover an entire cake! I usually buy Betty Crocker icing, place entire jar into your mixer. Place on slow to medium speed and whip for about 5 minutes. Your icing will now be thinner and almost double in size. Try and use right away. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Thank you - I always buy 2 just because I worry 1 won't be enough. Then I end up eating all the leftovers!!
I just always hated that it never covers an entire sheet cake! I'm glad I could help, but I did get the idea from some how to website. I wasn't smart enough to come up with it on my own :)
